Em, CCR

Em is one of our Client Care Representatives, who greatly enjoys being one of the first people to welcome you, and meet your pet. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in animal care, they started behind the scenes at Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue, as well as at Scott Veterinary Clinic as a co-op student, and at Croft Farm and Boarding, as well as the Simcoe and District Humane Society.

Nowadays, Em has expanded their role to working directly with both clients and their pets, and is dedicated to making every visit, phone call, or email as stress-free and comfortable as possible. Outside of work, Em can be found relaxing with their “small herd” of cats, or on adventures with their dog, Cvpon.
